BIOGRAPHY

Faisal is currently the Director of the Research & Development Center of Saudi Aramco in Dhahran. He has been with Saudi Aramco for more than 30 years. Faisal has a BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tulsa, a Masters and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary. He has combined industrial and research experience in the areas of: gas hydrates, gas separations, oil treatment, oil refining, and water treatment. He started his career with Aramco as a stimulation engineer, then an operations engineer at Jeddah Refinery, and worked at UOP-Honeywell as a visiting research scholar in the area of gas separation technologies. Faisal has many journal publications and patents in his area of expertise.
